The Shooshan Company’s most recent project, The Rixey, is currently seeking retail tenants. The Rixey includes 267 residential units, all of which have “hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Some units also offer balconies,” as referenced by a recent Curbed Washington, D.C. article.
