This building was developed in a joint venture with The Shooshan Company and TMW out of Atlanta representing a consortium of German pension funds. The project was built by Omni Construction, completed in 1999 and was 100% leased upon its completion to Systems Planning Corporation (SPC), Strategic Analysis and GW University.
