Ballston’s The Rixey Seeking Retail Options

Published January 25, 2018

The Shooshan Company’s most recent project, The Rixey, is currently seeking retail tenants. The Rixey includes 267 residential units, all of which have “hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Some units also offer balconies,” as referenced by a recent Curbed Washington, D.C. article.

From The Rixey’s official website:

The Rixey rooftop features a kitchenette, plunge spa and clubroom with views of the D.C. skyline. Rev up in the fitness center or chill out in the ground-floor lounge. Enjoy the courtyard, coffee bar and WiFi throughout.

Admire the wood-grain textured flooring and stainless steel appliances in every luxury apartment. Floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies make each living space a sun-drenched sanctuary.

Located in the heart of Ballston, The Rixey is just four blocks away from the Orange and Silver Lines. Enjoy easy access to downtown D.C., Arlington and the Tysons Corner corridor as well as the Custis and W&OD bike trails.

For retailers, The Rixey offers excellent market space with:

  • 3,000 SF
  • 18’ ceiling heights
  • Outdoor Seating
  • 125 feet of N. Glebe Rd. frontage
  • Adjacent to Starbucks

As previously mentioned, The Shooshan Company is currently seeking additional retail options for The Rixey, so if your business is interested, please contact Kevin Shooshan HERE or call 571-483-4235.
