4040 Wilson Blvd., Ballston’s tallest and first vertically mixed-use building, is a trophy caliber building designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. To make this project possible, The Shooshan Company works with several partners including Jones Lang Lasalle, Brandywine Realty Trust, Kodiak Realty Services and Clark Construction, among others.

“Clark is constructing a 22-story, mixed-use building at 4040 Wilson in Arlington, VA.
The first ten stories will include retail and office space, including a new headquarters for AvalonBay Communities and a VIDA Fitness center, while the top twelve stories will be comprised of apartment units. The building will feature two rooftop spa pools, as well as a terrace on the 11th floor.
The concrete will consist of post-tensioned slabs and the building envelope will boast brick, punched windows, and metal panels.
