Part of the Marymount University “Blue Goose” re-development, 1008 N. Glebe was also approved on January 25, 2014.  This project is controlled by the Shooshan Company via a ground-lease with Marymount University, providing over 260 apartments in a mixed-use environment with Marymount’s new campus, a great location for the entire market, especially for Marymount undergraduate and graduate students.

• TSC won an open competition among the top 12 development firms in the Metropolitan area
• The overall project entered the site plan process with 225,000 square feet of allowable density, and was approved a year later for a 418,000 square feet mixed-use development
• Received unanimous approval from both the Arlington County Planning Commission (9-0) and Arlington County Board (5-0)
