The Residences at Liberty Center marked TSC’s first ever residential real estate development, led by Kelly Shooshan (COO and Director of Residential Development.) During the due diligence process for the Liberty Center North development, TSC determined that based on a zoning change for the property, density for the overall site had essentially doubled, allowing for a significant amount of residential density to match the existing office that was set to be re-developed. TSC determined this density would be split between condominiums and apartments, and ultimately started with The Residence at Liberty Center.
