During the due diligence process for the Liberty Center North development, TSC determined that based on a zoning change for the property, density for the overall site had essentially doubled, allowing for a significant amount of residential density to match the existing office that was set to be re-developed. TSC started construction on the Liberty Tower Apartments just next door to it’s The Residence at Liberty Center (condominiums), growing their residential development portfolio to roughly a half a million square feet and close to 500 units in just their first 2 years of experience.
