The Shooshan Company’s first undertaking back in 1986. QSS required the assemblage of seven (7) parcels of land which ultimately allowed for TSC to move forward with its first 4.1 Site Plan Approval in Arlington County.  The ultimate approval was for a 375,000 square foot mixed use project which including an apartment building and an office building (Quincy Street Station.) TSC sold the residential land and developed the office building which was completed in 1989.  Today QSS serves as a headquarters location for Leidos, who occupied the entire building..
