In 2010, TSC amended the previously approved site plan for Liberty Center South in order to convert 650 N. Quincy Street from Residential to Hotel use.  The Site Plan amendment provided for the development of a 183 key hotel, at which point TSC subsequently sold the property to The Donohoe Companies in 2010, carefully selecting a trusted and valued partner who since delivered the project in 2012.  Donohoe continues to operate a Residence Inn by Marriott which serves as an ideal amenity for the Liberty Center mixed-use development today.
