Liberty Center is especially proud to be the home of Arlington County’s first and only Sweetgreen.  This was the very last retail space remaining in the Liberty Center North mixed-use development, which at lease signing stared at an empty WMATA bus parking lot.  Looking back, Nathanial Ru, Nicholas Jammet and Jonathan Newman, who founded Sweetgreen, made a forward-thinking decision that paid off.  Today Sweetgreen is one of Ballston’s favorite lunch spots.  If you don’t believe us, go check out this location one day.  Learn more about Sweetgreen here.
