The fourth and final phase of Liberty Center North, Two Liberty Center commenced construction with 0% pre-leased, and ultimately delivered 90% leased.  Working with Cushman and Wakefield, TSC attracted DFI International to move from 1717 Pennsylvania Ave. to Liberty Center, securing the anchor Tenant needed to stabilize the project.  1 year after delivery, the project was 100% leased.
