About The Rixey

Part of the Marymount University “Blue Goose” re-development, 1008 N. Glebe was also approved on January 25, 2014. The project was controlled by the Shooshan Company via a ground-lease with Marymount University, providing over 260 apartments in a mixed-use environment with Marymount’s new campus, a great location for the entire market, especially for Marymount undergraduate and graduate students.
