Taylor Gourmet is opening its first Arlington location in the Liberty Center South development on Wilson Boulevard, according to building owner The Shooshan Co. The Philadelphia-inspired hoagie shop will take the prime retail space at 4000 Wilson Blvd., at the corner of Wilson and North Quincy Street, according to Kevin Shooshan, director of leasing.
