The Office of Naval Research has reached a deal to stay at One Liberty Center for another five years under a lease renewal negotiated by the federal General Services Administration. The GSA awarded the lease renewal Wednesday to Ballston Investor Group I LLC. The contract price is $59.6 million. The Shooshan Co. developed 875 N. Randolph St. as part of its larger Liberty Center complex.
