Breaking Ground: Shooshan Begins construction on garage at 4040 Wilson Blvd. in Ballston

Arlington-based The Shooshan Co. announced Monday it will begin construction on a 550-space garage at 4040 Wilson Blvd., its planned 20-story, 496,900-square-foot office building in Ballston.
